A classic artisan loaf with a beautifully crisp, golden crust and a soft, open crumb.

Naturally fermented and slowly proved overnight for exceptional flavour, our Country White Sourdough is handcrafted in small batches using traditionally milled white flour, water and sea salt.

The long fermentation develops a wonderfully balanced flavour with a gentle sourdough tang, while creating a loaf that is equally delicious simply sliced with butter, served alongside soups and cheeses, or toasted for breakfast.
